I thought the price was reasonable, so I didn’t think twice about getting it. After I received the delivery, I had trouble with the installation. I called VRI because I thought the equipment wasn’t working, but it turned out that I was the one doing it wrong! The person who received my call was really nice and patiently helped me out. After I followed his instructions, the console worked fine. However, we weren’t really able to test the system until a few months after. I usually stayed with my mother during the weekends but unfortunately I was out of town when she fell.
